The OmniJobs is a pan-India recruitment agency and career-training partner. We help companies hire job-ready Tech and Non-Tech talent, and help graduates and professionals build the skills and confidence to get hired.
Two sides of hiring, one team
The OmniJobs began with a simple observation: companies struggle to find candidates who are ready to contribute from day one, while talented graduates struggle to get noticed. We set out to close that gap.
Today we work on both sides. For employers, we run permanent, fresher, bulk and Hire-Train-Deploy recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. For job seekers, we offer job opportunities with our hiring partners along with career support — ATS-friendly resumes, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews and communication training.
We are a fully remote team, registered and headquartered in India, working with companies and candidates in every major city and region.
