Terms and Conditions of the placement: 

Violation Terms:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and affect your ability to complete the program. However, we need to ensure that we can provide quality training to all our students. If the student decides to leave the program after the starting classes, we kindly request that you pay around 10,000 INR compensation fees. This helps us to cover the time and resources we have invested in the training and encourages all our students to complete the program successfully.

Class Cancellation/Withdrawal Terms and Conditions:

We understand that situations may arise that require you to withdraw from the program. If you decide to withdraw from the program, please let us know in writing at training@theomnijobs.com.

If you withdraw from the program after 2 days, we kindly request that you pay the 50% fees or 10,000 INR (minimum one) before the withdrawal. However, we also understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as a medical emergency. In such cases, we may be able to provide an adjustment on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Please note that we may also cancel or terminate the program at any time for any reason. If the program is canceled or terminated, you will not be obligated to pay any fees.

We understand the importance of protecting your personal and financial information, and we will take all reasonable measures to keep it confidential. We will not disclose any information about the agreement, your income, or your payment history to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Our commitment to confidentiality will continue even after the Agreement Term has ended.

Annexure-A

To be eligible for a Desired Placement, you will need to make sure the:

• You complete 4 weeks of modules of The Omnijobs program within a maximum span of up to 5 weeks from the program start date

To complete each module, you need to:

• Solve a minimum of 90% of assignments in each module
• Clear the module’s mock interview at the end of each module
• Be regular in class and join classes on time.
• Minimum attendance 90%
• Be active in class
• Stay connected to your trainers and reply to them quickly
• You do not leave the training program in between

(You can redo a module till you are confident and clear the mock interview on it.)

Annexure-B

Scenarios in which the program fee must be paid by you(student):

• You complete the course and get placed within 4 months from your program starting date. (Through internal or externral sources)
• You do not complete the eligibility criteria as per Annexure-A.
• You leave the training and placement in between
• You turn down a job offer with a desired package.
• You have provided mis information which causes offer letter cancellation or holds.
• You accept a job opportunity outside of The Omnijobs anytime from the start of the program till the 4-month training and placement period after program completion gets over.
• You don’t apply to all job opportunities referred by The Omnijobs where you’re eligible to apply.
• You don’t agree to relocate to the discussed location proposed by the employer and turn down the offer. (We prefer to work from home or nearest possible location).
• You don’t respond/reply to the official communication emails from The Omnijobs after more than 2 reminders.
• You don’t follow through with the interview/qualifying process in a timely and professional manner.
• You are found using unfair means during placement drives. Unfair means cheating during placement tests, placement interviews, or other placement-related activities. In such cases, you would be completely banned from The Omnijobs placement opportunities.
• You commit any form of cheating or plagiarism that includes giving or receiving any not permitted aid while solving assignments, taking mock interviews, or any other work that is part of the program.
• You are not able to pass any background checks from your previous employers/institutes. In case you fail to pass the background check associated with the job offer.
• You are not eligible to legally work in India. You don’t have a valid PAN Card or Aadhar Card. You don’t have a valid marks sheet and the degree to validate your degree. 

Pause Feature:

Our Courses’ pace and candidates’ workload\health\emergencies can be variable as per the learner’s need. We have a ‘Pause’ feature through which a learner enrolled in The Omnijobs may opt to pause their course within the entire duration of the program. The candidate can pause the course for a maximum of 1 week across the program period.

NOTE:

• You will pay a total discussed training fees (including enrollment fees) once your placement is done as mentioned within enrollment mail.
• Once the course fee is paid, refunds cannot be processed for any reason whatsoever until or unless The Omnijobs failed to give placement to you as discussed during a counseling session.
• Due to any unfortunate situations within an year, if you lose a job in between, the organization will help to get a new job placement support.
• Cancellations based on medical emergencies, financial issues, and mental health issues will be made at The Omnijobs’ sole discretion.
• In the event candidate fails to pay any of the Instalments on its respective due date or violates any terms contained herein, The Omnijobs will have the option, exercisable at its sole discretion, to (i) require immediate payment of the outstanding balance; (ii) cancel/suspend your access to the service.
• All money-related amount is in Indian Nation Rupee (INR).
